Refund Policy

Because the nature of our products they are consumable and we can not offer a refund on any items that are considered a consumable drink or food, this includes whole beans, & coffee pods

  • The order must be within 30 days of purchase
  • The original box of product wishing to be returned is sealed, Netty’s Koffee Cup will not accept any open or unsealed products.
  • Return shipping is at returnees expense, lethbridgecoffee.com or NettysKoffee Cup will not cover the cost of return shipping

Please note that Netty’s Koffee Cup will not refund any clearance items, any discounted product is final sale.

We are unable to refund Debit transactions after 7 days of payment, sorry for any inconvenience.

If you would like to refund product from you order and you meet the above criteria, please contact koffee81@telus.net with your order number and reason for return, you will receive a email confirmation from us in regards to your return request within 2 business days, once we authorise the return and you have the product shipped, please provide us with the Tracking Number. When the shipment is delivered back to us we will then issue a credit back onto the credit card used at time of purchase.
